Guide: A Beginner's Guide to Using Microsoft Outlook for iOS

1. To delete an email, swipe left on the message and tap "Delete." Alternatively, you can tap and hold an email to activate multi-select mode, then tap the trash bin icon at the bottom of the screen to delete multiple emails.
2. To move an email to a different folder or archive it, swipe right on the message and select "Move" or “Archive.”
3. When viewing an email, tap on reply arrow button at bottom-right corner of screen to reply; select "Reply All" if you want all recipients included in your response.
