How to Fix Common Telegram Issues on Your Android Device

Issue 1: Telegram Not Opening

If you are experiencing issues with Telegram not opening on your Android device, try the following solutions:

1. Restart Your Device

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor software glitches. Press and hold the power button, then tap on the "Restart" option.

2. Clear Cache and Data

Go to your device's Settings, then navigate to "Apps" or "Applications." Find Telegram in the list and tap on it. Select "Storage" and then tap on "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data."

3. Reinstall Telegram

Uninstall Telegram from your device by long-pressing the app icon and selecting "Uninstall" or by going to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Telegram" > "Uninstall." Then, visit the Google Play Store, search for Telegram, and reinstall the app.


Issue 2: Unable to Send or Receive Messages

If you're facing difficulties sending or receiving messages on Telegram, try the following solutions:

1. Check Your Internet Connection

Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
